Mirror Mode Explained

Learn how Mirror Mode lets you exactly match a trader's portfolio allocation percentage.

Mirror Mode Explained

Mirror Mode is the most advanced allocation option - it matches the exact percentage of portfolio the trader uses for each trade.

What is Mirror Mode?

ModeHow It Works
PercentageYou copy X% of trader's share count
FixedYou always trade the same $ amount
RangePercentage with min/max limits
MirrorYou match the trader's % of portfolio

Mirror Mode calculates what percentage of their portfolio the trader used, then applies that same percentage to YOUR portfolio.

How Mirror Mode Works

The Formula:

Trader's allocation % = Trader's trade size / Trader's portfolio
Your trade size = Your portfolio × Trader's allocation %

Real Example

MetricTraderYou
Portfolio Size$50,000$1,000
Trade Size$5,000 (10%)?
Your Mirror Trade$100 (10%)

The trader used 10% of their portfolio, so you use 10% of yours.
